Design + styling packages

Your styling budget

If you decide to invest some of your wedding dollarydooes into design + styling, it’s worth thinking about a realistic budget so that your Pinterest wedding can become a reality not a #fail!

As designers + stylists, we can only create so much using thin air and $27. We are not Macgyver (actually we kind of are when on site, but thats a WHOLE other story!). Essentially, we need a budget to work our magic for your wedding of the damn year / century / millenium.

We only take on a limited number of design + styling clients each season because we want each wedding to be insanely creative + amazing. You’ll love it, we’ll love creating it #winwin.

So, that’s why we have a minimum styling budget for design + styling clients of $8,000. We want to create a wedding that you’ll freaking love! You can spread this our across these areas:

  • Minimum furniture + prop hire from Good Day Club: $3000
  • Other furniture + prop hire
  • Stationery + signage
  • Lighting
  • Photo booth
  • Design elements
  • Tableware + glassware
  • Ridiculous + awesome stuff like confetti, bubble machines, fireworks, smoke bombs, giant sparklers, glow sticks etc…

You can see how easy it will be to spend $$$ on this list. We can help you work out a ball-park budget for what you want to too!

Other important notes for design + styling customers

  • Our service includes planning as it relates to the look and feel of your event. For example, we’ll liaise with your florist, graphic designer, or napkin hire place, but not your car and dress vendors. If you’d like a wedding planner we can certainly recommend a suitable one for you.
  • Design fees payment terms: 100% due in full prior to design work commencing.
  • Styling budget payment terms: 50% due 3 months before your event. The balance is due 2 weeks before your event.
  • Furniture hire from Good Day Club payment terms: 20% due on booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before your event.
  • You are responsible for directly paying invoices to all other vendors we engage for you per their payment terms.
  • For venues outside of inner Melbourne, travel costs of $100 per hour may apply. For example, if the drive is 2 hours each way, the charge will be $400.
  • Changes to the design outside of the agreed process/hours set out in your quote and this document are charged at $100 per hour. This includes if the area needs to be redesigned or modified in the case of weather changes, or if you change your mind once the design has been agreed.
  • We work with Good Grace and Humour for florals. They are amazing and we work so creatively together. If you have your heart set on another florist, let’s chat and see if we think it’ll work.
  • We can’t and don’t guarantee other vendors are available. Any list we provide is simply a suggestion based on your event.

FLOOR PLAN PACKAGES

Important notes for floor plan customers

  • Design fees payment terms: 100% due in full prior to site visit.
  • For venues outside of inner Melbourne, travel costs of $100 per hour may apply. For example, if the drive is 2 hours each way, the charge will be $400.
  • We prioritise floor plans based on event date.
  • Once we’ve completed the site visit with you, you’ll have your plan and quote within three weeks.
  • You can add additional floor plans at $200 per location.
  • We can’t and don’t guarantee other vendors are available. Any list we provide is simply a suggestion based on your event.

Styling Add-ons

We have a bunch of other services that you can add to your package if they’re not already included. Here they are.

Concept

$500

We come up with a concept for you. One that visually tells a story of your event!

Delivering other items for you

From $100 per vendor

We can take care of the delivery of other items from other vendors (alongside your furniture) and cart them to your event!

This is subject to us having room in our truck (we don’t want to have to leave out your favourite couch).

On-the-day co-ordination and styling

From $700

Collected a bunch of stuff and have a good idea of how you want it to look on the day?

After all your hard work don’t rely on Aunty Mavis to get the flowers onto the tables. Aunty Mavis is not a professional and she will have SO MANY questions.

You’ll be like ‘OH MY LORD, why didn’t I just get Good Day Club to do it??!!’

Price includes a 1 hour consultation and minimum of 4 hours on site.

Vendor co-ordination

From $700

Don’t want to stuff around with vendors in the week leading up to your event? We can do that for you!

This service includes a run sheet for all vendors. We’ll also brief them on your needs.

Price is for first 3 vendors. Additional vendors can be coordinated for $200 each.
