When this process is used
We follow this process to lock in a graphic design / graphic design + hire / graphic design + styling client
- This process doesn’t include how to create quotes or how to use different programmes, it is just the process of taking a graphic design client from quote > on-the-day setup.

For all lead times
Stage 1: The Design Process
- Begin the design process within 1-2 weeks of paying deposit
- Design take 2-3 weeks
- Review designs + submit changes 1 week later
- We complete changes + hold onto design until 4-5 weeks out
Stage 2: Final Design
- Request final details 5 weeks out
- Customer provides final details 4 weeks out
- Finalise designs + send to customer 3 weeks out
Stage 3: Construction
- Off to print 2 weeks out
- We construct the graphics + prepare them for the day
- If you require delivery prior to the event, we will deliver / ship
- Otherwise, we will deliver on the day and set up.
